Thai Foot Reflexology

Your feet are the roots of your body.​

Foot reflexology is an alternative therapy that enhances the healing mechanisms of your body.

​

Reflexology involves pressure to specific points of the foot using their hands and special tools.  It is based on the belief that internal organs, bones, and body systems can be influenced through specific points of the feet.

​

The benefits of Foot Reflexology is to decrease stress, pain, migraines, headaches, sinusitis, and reduce toxins. It can also increase circulation and promote relaxation. Some studies have shown that reflexology can have a positive effect on diabetes, osteo/rheumatoid arthritis, and hypertension.​

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists focus on both prevention and rehabilitation. Treatment can be for problems caused by injury, disease or disability.

Seek physiotherapy for acute or chronic pain, postural dysfunction, mobility limitations, injury prevention, and improving quality of life.

Useful for issues relating to bone, joint, muscles, ligaments, and nerves.

Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is a unique blend of acupressure, stretching, and deep tissue massage techniques. You will remain clothed during treatment, and the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked.

The benefits of Thai Massage include increasing range of motion, digestion, mindfulness/calm mind, and improving sleep and relaxation. It can also decrease pain and stress.

Cupping

Cupping assists in releasing adhesions within the tissue of the body. 

It is useful in relieving tension and increasing blood flow.

It is similar to a deep tissue massage.
