Massage Therapy

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage combines traditional massage with the use of smooth, heated stones that are either an extension of the therapist’s hands or placed on specific areas.
The warm stones helps relax muscles, allowing work into areas of tension with greater comfort and effectiveness. The heat promotes circulation, helps reduce muscle stiffness, and encourages overall relaxation of the nervous system.
Cupping
Cupping assists in releasing adhesions within the tissue of the body.
It is useful in relieving tension and increasing blood flow.
It is similar to a deep tissue massage.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists focus on both prevention and rehabilitation. Treatment can be for problems caused by injury, disease or disability.

Acupuncture

is applied in accordance with CMTO regulations and standards of practice. Focusing on muscle tone, trigger points, circulation, and pain modulation.
It is used alongside hands-on massage techniques to enhance treatment outcomes, particularly for musculoskeletal pain, chronic tension, and movement-related concerns.
